Plain Cake Flavour Caramel

Syphon mash/wash to a clean bucket leaving as much sediment behind, add pack A and de-gas, (this is important to aid clearing) with a paddle for about 10 mins or find some way  to fit something in a drill, leave for 4/6 hours , gently stir while adding pack B, leave to clear about 24-26 hours

Vodka .A fresh and juicy raspberry flavouring with a fruity and slightly tart finish. Satisfyingly smooth. Just add this to a neutral spirit or vodka for a taste experience inspired by a top shelf spirit.
